At Flash Reproductions, our policies are as follows:

All prices are subject to changes based on artwork received.

All prices are subject to change until final artwork is received and reviewed.

Changes to artwork
All changes to supplied artwork are subject to a prepress charge of $80 per hour.

Press approvals
Customers will be given, at minimum, one hour’s notification before press approvals. All projects include 15 minutes of press-approval time, after which Flash will charge $250 per hour for the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 74, $350 per hour for the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 and $150 per hour for the Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52.

For projects with firm due dates, Flash will schedule press-approval times. For projects with flexible delivery times, we can arrange a press approval that fits into the client’s schedule.

Artwork errors
Any artwork errors discovered after a proof or press sheet has been signed off and approved by the client will be the responsibility of the signing party.

Credit terms
Until credit limits are established, all projects are COD.

Clients requiring credit may apply via our online credit application. Terms are available to clients upon approved credit.

Security
All confidential payment information transmitted via our website is encrypted using SSL technology, so clients can be assured that their information is protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and the server side, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive, privately and unaltered, to our server only. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
